Etching
The
fine and Coarse Etching patterns have probably been two of the
oldest patterns around. What we call the coarse etching today was
called the steel line etch in times past. As you can see by these
images, the difference in the size of the stroke of the etch makes
quite a difference. The fine etching is probably one of the most
popular, printing well with almost any kind of subject
matter.
